Shopping with Greenstick is safe, secure and easy. Our payment system is via PayPal which is the most widely used online payment system in the World. You do not have to have a PayPal account as they process our Debit and Credit Card transactions also, although if you have a PayPal account you pay through it quick and easy. We also accept cheques payable to Greenstick Limitied and once cheque has cleared we will then send out the goods. We also offer a service where we can meet you at an event or competition that we are attending and can exchange goods and payment at the event.

It is our policy to get the goods sent out to you the same day or the next day at the latest subject to availability on some items. We like to use the 'Recorded' Royal Mail service because of its unique system of local post offices, this means that should you be out on delivery they will take it to your local post office for collection as opposed to a Parcel depot that with some firms can be some distance away. We also use BusinessPost who again have a great network of local depots and our large goods will always come via them.

Our minimum postage and packaging charge per order is £4.50 and then the price you see will be the amount for that individual item.
